Work out for the entire body!
Aqua Fitness is a work out for the entire body. We work your arms, legs and buttocks with aids such as pool noodles, dumbbells, swimming boards and balls. The goal of the course is to increase endurance, strength and agility. Our trainers will gradually increase your fitness through fun and movement to music.
Monday, 2pm – 2:45pm
Tuesday, 11.15 – 12.00pm & 12.30 – 1.15pm
Thursday, 11.15 – 12.00pm & 12.30 – 1.15pm
Course duration 45 minutes each
Fees €8 per class
Registration Please book your ticket for the class in advance on our online shop. Please note that it is not possible to pay at the pool.
