This course is for gentle body movement. The aim is to improve joint function and strengthen your back. The exercises don’t put much strain on your body, which makes them particularly suitable for people with joint problems and joint disorders. Anyone who enjoys exercise and wants to improve their own fitness is welcome.
Tuesdays: 10.00am – 10.45am
Thursdays: 10.00am – 10.45am
Course duration 45 minutes each
Fees €8 per class
